This 3 hour course meets the Arizona state mandated Disclosures requirement.  This course was authored in cooperation with a 20 + year Arizona real estate educator, broker and business owner who brings great strength and practicality to the course materials.  This course begins with licensee disclosures, specifically agency and licensee interest in property being transacted.  The Seller`s Property Disclosure Statement (SPDS), Material Facts Disclosure and Homeowner`s Association disclosure discussion follows providing students with practical tips and reminders pertinent to all transactions.  The course concludes with a unit dedicated to avoiding inadvertent non-disclosure and tips for advising both buyers and sellers of potential red flags.
